1. COMPETITION OBJECTIVE

The H&W New Year’s Race aims to recognize and reward top-performing affiliates at the beginning of the year, encouraging consistency, scalability, and excellence. Inspired by Formula 1, the competition promotes a highly competitive environment that values daily discipline, sustainable growth, and real results throughout the championship.

2. COMPETITION PERIOD

• Official start: December 29
• End date: February 1
• Total duration: 35 days

Format:

• Weekly rankings (reset at the start of each new week)
• One overall ranking accumulated throughout the entire competition

3. ELIGIBILITY

This competition is exclusive to affiliates invited by H&W, selected based on performance history, results, and strategic alignment. By participating, affiliates fully agree to all rules outlined in this regulation.

4. COMPETITION MECHANICS

The ranking will be available on a public page:

and updated periodically.

⚠️ Main tracking criterion

Only valid ORDERS will be counted toward the ranking. Gross Sales, total revenue, or financial amounts will NOT be considered.

5. RANKINGS

🔹 Weekly Ranking

• Considers only orders generated within each specific week
• Automatically resets at the beginning of every new week
• Determines the weekly prize winners

🔹 Overall Ranking

• Accumulates all valid orders throughout the 35-day competition
• Determines the final winners

6. COMPETITION STAGES (GRAND PRIX)

• Week 1: H&W Abu Dhabi Grand Prix
• Week 2: H&W Singapore Grand Prix
• Week 3: H&W Las Vegas Grand Prix
• Week 4: H&W Monaco Grand Prix
• Week 5: H&W Brazil Grand Prix (no weekly prize)

Each stage will include official communications, strategic accelerations, and winner announcements.

7. WEEKLY PRIZES

Weekly prizes will be announced through H&W’s official communication channels at the start of each week.
Weekly rewards may include cash prizes, exclusive materials, and other items at the discretion of the H&W team.

8. FINAL PRIZES

Based on the accumulated overall ranking:

🥇 1st Place

• VIP Experience in Brazil
• Exclusive $240 CPA for weight loss and memory offers, valid from February 1 to April 30

🥈 2nd Place

• Experience in Dubai

9. TRAVEL & EXPERIENCES

• Trips will take place within 6 months after the competition ends
• Dates, logistics, and details will be coordinated directly between the winner and the H&W team
• Any costs not explicitly included in the prize package will be the winner’s responsibility

10. PRIZE DELIVERY

• The H&W team will contact winners after the competition ends to coordinate prize delivery
• Cash prizes and other benefits will be delivered within 30 calendar days after official closure and final result validation
• Affiliates must provide all requested information within the specified timeframe
• It is the affiliate’s responsibility to have an active Payoneer account to receive cash prizes

11. DISQUALIFICATION CRITERIA

Affiliates will be disqualified if they:

• Use fraudulent or illegal practices
• Simulate sales or manipulate data
• Violate platform rules, product rules, or this regulation
• Display toxic, offensive, or disrespectful behavior toward the organization or other participants

12. IMAGE & PROMOTIONAL USE

H&W reserves the right to modify the schedule, prizes, or rules for strategic, operational, or legal reasons, with prior notice through official channels.

Continued participation after any update implies automatic acceptance of the new conditions.

All official communication will be conducted through:
